- Apertivo & Olive Oil tasting
- Buffet lunch of traditional Tuscan dishes
- Walking History of Palmerino--Lecture by family patriarch and art historian Alfio Parretti
- Medici’s Renaissance Villa and the Tuscan Countryside--Lecture by Kathryn Moore, PhD
- Olives in Art and Theological Symbolism : Lecture by Professor Claire Renkin, Viola Parretti, art historian, and Elena Pavani
